Open letter to Scott Speedman

Dear Scott,

So many things to tell you. First of all, I want you to know, that you were always my favorite Scott when it came to "Felicity." Scott Foley is cute in an "awwww, isn't he cute?" kind of way, but you are the hottest thing that ever stepped foot on the WB network, before and since it became the CW. I was always Team Ben even when Ben did dumb things like getting with that weirdo Julie or getting into gambling debt, getting people other than Felicity pregnant, breaking up with Felicity, etc., etc.

I always thought I was the only one who found you under appreciated, under utilized and generally missing from all my favorite movies. Imagine my surprise then, when shortly after writing several blog posts that referenced you, I came across a post from a blogger at Entertainment Weekly, lamenting your absence on the list of Hollywood A-list men. I couldn't agree more with the author of said post - your absence in the throng of hot leading men baffles me as well.

Why aren't you in more things, Scott? Comedies, romantic comedies, dramas, action films - I see you as a perfect fit for all of the above. It can't be your acting skills - your performance as Ben Covington in "Felicity" made me long for an angsty college boyfriend more than any other character of that nature. It can't be your looks. That's crazy talk:

So it must be a personal thing. Whatever it is, Scott - get over it and get in the game! Bradley Cooper was also once a character (kind of a side character at that) in a J.J. Abrams television masterpiece, and look where he is now. That should be you, Scott. That's why I vow to see anything you are ever in and like it. I promise. It's also why when I write my screenplay, I'm writing a character with you in mind.

Just promise me you'll consider it. In the meantime, I'll keep Google-imaging you and keep you in heavy rotation during my DVD and YouTube binges.

Love always,
Brittany

P.S. - You're extremely good looking.
